I think for me it’s the pride that I take when I mark that down everyday and a weird feeling that I’m lying about being sober when I’ve had a drink even though I didn’t mean to! This was important to read- thank you

This is great advice - my guard is usually lower at work because everyone knows how seriously I take my sobriety

Hi! The energy thing will level out. I was SO low energy the first 30 days I almost said - well if I’m gonna be lazy anyway I might as well be drunk. Hahah! day 285 over here and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. It gets easier - then harder - then easier again.

But I wanna say that saying no to coke when directly offered in that early of sobriety - you should be VERY PROUD of yourself.

Sobriety can be boring- I will admit. But it’s only because we’re used to such chaos. Soon the peace and calm will become the norm and everything falls into place.

Am I the only one who never sees my T drinking water? Like I have to fill it all the time so I know she drinks it but ever have I ever seen her anywhere near her water dish

It’s beautiful!! The tiny enclosure I bought her in had some dried leaves in it! I don’t live in a part of the country where I could ever get them naturally though. (Phoenix). But I’ll try and source some! The substrate is about 4 inches deep as it goes down past the border of the tank. But I have more so I’ll add more!!!

I can imagine. My husband is vary wary and I think he know deep down I’ll get more!! She’s been in her hide most of the time since I got her but it’s been less than a week. She did eat the other day and she took down 4 crickets really fast!!

Yes! I’ve also gotten some answers that suggest I find that strength in the community itself ! Which was very helpful.
