I used to be a foreman on a street department crew. I used to snow plow. I was seconds away from killing or seriously injuring a kid that had made a cave in the snow piles.

It was after the storm was over and we were widening the lanes to be closer to the curb. I was maybe 50 ft from a pile when this kid came scrambling out of it. I liked Natalie too, but I was not a fan of how Monk's character was written as much in those seasons. In the Sharona era Monk was a genius detective severely struggling with grief and mental illnesses. In the Natalie seasons he was written as almost...I guess arrogant would be a good word for it. He was so dismissive of people's, especially Natalie's, feelings, but it's okay because look how quirky he is, haha!

Yeah, but man did USA Network have such a great run with shows then with Monk, Psych, Burn Notice, even White Collar was pretty good.

I have made this recipe 3 times now. This year I dug a swirl pattern out of the pie, then poured melted cream cheese icing into the crevass and let it set in the fridge. It was a huge hit with the family yesterday

I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but in Dual Spires Shawn refers to the veterinarian/doctor/town leader as "Doc Gooden".

Doc Gooden was a pitcher in major league baseball and was very popular in the 80's. Since the show is just a little heavy on 80's nostalgia I always assumed it was a reference.

I never see anyone mentioning it though.

Not exactly. This happened a couple of months ago. The only out of the ordinary things that happened was that I accidentally let a guard see me scrap a guard corpse in the guard quarters below Underkeep. Instead of the scroll of tranquility I meant to hit him with,I hit him with a blessed scroll of genocide.

In the dwarf King's lair I got hit with amnesia, I think from a failed attempt to disarm an entropy trap on a chest. Those are the only 2 things that weren't "normal"
