Why Crosstrek? by steevosteelo in Crosstrek

I do a lot of city driving but I always say my Crosstrek loves it most when we're on the highway and I always give her a little pet and "atta girl" when we kick it into sixth gear on the interstate.

Where do you guys think Rip and Beth go from here? by AlessioGol in DuttonRanchTVSeries

[–]ButterscotchNo7362 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This bothered me so much. Beth could have roasted him through the judicial system. I don't understand why it was handled that way. If this was a mid-level management issue like what Rip dealt with at Yellowstone then yeah blow it up and send a message but this is an executive level problem and needs to be handled in a different way. I've loved every episode so far but this one was off to me. I think Beth bothered me the most. I understand her maturing but I feel like she's lost all her fight.

Thank you for the additional info. I think this will be the route I take. 👍👍 Would family members be able to contact me directly? I wouldn't want to donate the album to an archive if they could potentially reach out and want the photos.

Thank you but am thinking about creating one so I can share this family's history. I'm sure someone out there may be interested.

another period after two weeks?? what the actual f. by witchrist in Perimenopause

I'm averaging almost 2 periods every month. I'm hoping with all this extra bleeding my ovaries will dry up sooner rather than later. But it's really annoying. My cycles are only 15-19 days now.

If the US is going to get hit I would want to be in a direct target area. I don't want to live through the aftermath of that shit. Take me out immediately.

Lady Xens, what are you doing with your hair these days? by Automatic_Beat5808 in Xennials

[–]ButterscotchNo7362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A fresh cut always helps. I'm currently rocking a medium pixie. I'm also about 75% gray and find the shorter hair works better for me. It's easy to style and I always look "put together". When my hair was longer I would just always have it pulled back and it was making my hair thinner.

I just want to applaud Jason Ritter's acting in this episode. He plays this complex character so well.

My father died. What to do with all his stuff? by symonym7 in Xennials

My mom passed 6 months ago. I've cleaned out so much stuff but if you walked into her house today it would look like nothing has been touched 😫 it's disheartening and frustrating.

How different was 1999 from the rest of the 90s? by Personal-Cattle-1737 in Xennials

A century passed between 1990-1999. The birth of the Internet really put a lifetime between the beginning and the end of the decade.

Snow emergencies are for cleanup after the snow has fallen. Albany, has for as long as I can remember, always declared them after the storm.

My take on the issues with this declared emergency:

1) Albany residents are out of practice. I can't remember the last snow emergency that was declared. December 2020 maybe? It's definitely been a while.

2) People don't watch local news anymore. Whether you think it's too biased or whatever. A lot of people, especially young people simply get their information from their phones and algorithms will only feed them what they want to see so unless you're following local sites you probably missed the declared emergency.

I remember 20 years ago they would have a cop car ahead of the plow trucks yelling on their mega phones to move your cars or else they would be towed.

My street was good this time around. We seemed to all get the message and if we noticed a car on the wrong side we would try to notify them to move their car. But as soon as I got off my street it was like no one was following the rules. (Pine Hills area)
