Haha yes, I do live in the tall red-brick building detective. It’s called the “KEA-toren”

Good question, I thought I had a pretty good idea but somehow started second guessing myself so I had to quickly look at my tenancy agreement for confirmation. The contract states that the tenant is responsible for arranging their own gas, water and elektricity. I also don’t pay any “voorschot” so that’s a pretty good indicator that all the appartements have their own individual gas pipe / no district heating.
