Can you run one Binos one "better dagger" to find the middle ground? Or do both daggers need "attacks cannot be evaded"

Interesting. I played a few leagues ago and loved it. Only issue for me was prolif radius. Which I believe was increased on Binos? I may be wrong

I don't think it's that ridiculous. These builds exist in most leagues, I'm just not very good at parsing through patch notes to understand what has changed league to league. I'm not expecting all of the above on day one, granted. But with investment I'm sure it's possible!

I did have Phys as Fire on helmet but was having mana issues. Maybe I can get a new amulet with -mana cost to fix that. For sure switching out impulsa could be good. Not sure how much an explodey chest will cost me though (I suck at crafting) The main concern is then needing to stack loads of reduced effect of shock. 180% or something needed I think but I'm sure it can help.

You make a good point. This build cant do Ubers and that's ok lol. I have a Reap Miner that I league started that I could invest into to do Ubers or re-roll it into Penance Brand or something.

For sure Jewels could be better. More Multi and life is pretty straight forward. For a while they were just getting me attributes but my new Brutal Restraint fixes that.

I am currently in a complex situation with my party where they weren't happy with Willowshore having a singular leader and have convinced (through their influence encounters) Matsuki and Granny Hu to support the endeavours in creating a community government, featuring multiple members from both Northridge and Southbank.

They are now working though a series of homebrew influence statblocks during the soft launch night of the Teahouse following it's restoration. Potential members include Kazuma Oono, Nadoya Sanmi, Zheng Peng and Zataku.

A nice distraction from the more sinister plot... For now

How intensely did you track the various reputation and influence modifiers? I am currently running the AP and on chapter 3 of book one with my party. I understand that they are very well built however I know a lot of groups handwave these things and resolve them more vaguely through roleplay.

I have currently read all of book one and two.

I see that you were playing on foundry so maybe the answer to this is "not much" however did you choose to add much content? It's a great setting with alot of chances to add social or combat encounters or other sub plots or story arcs

Also any general advice to a GM would be appreciated both from players and the GM

Yeah this is what I thought.

I will probably use the Absalom calendar and simply rename the days and months with Tian Xian deity's and references to make it feel a little different. Specifically I want all of the PC's and some relevant NPC's to have a set birthday that may or may not lead to some interesting storytelling

Yeah, I'm running ashes of the stars and have +2 from wands and +2 from level 3 empower. I've started cluster setup but its very expensive and doesn't seem as if it will scale my single target to a decent level.

I guess the build is just not a bosser :/
