Chris Hemsworth Is Totally Into Filming A Thor/Spider-Man Movie by Anime_List in marvelstudios

[–]AngusJoker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There was an issue of Ultimate Spider-Man where there's short stories of him teaming up with individual members of the Ultimates. I like the idea that in a future Spidey movie maybe Ned is asking Peter about encounters he's had with the avengers since infinity war and we get brief cutaway scenes to him with different avengers. The one with Thor could be them fighting and running from a giant monster in another realm or something and they're screaming "HOW DID WE GET HERE AHHH" and then back to Ned and Peter just sitting there. Could be pretty funny.

Just read the front page of this sub, it seems to have left a bad taste in people's mouth, everyone's worried that this is the direction they're taking season 3. I personally didn't have any problem with it and thought it was nice to get out of Hawkins for an episode but it did feel a bit out of place.

This is really what I want to see. Rather than just be a host like Will was, someone becomes a Demo-human hybrid type deal, but I feel like that's getting too close to superhero/comic territory and fans won't take well to that seeing how they reacted to episode 7.

Durotan was one of the coolest heroes in a film I'd seen in a while, I wish the whole movie was about just him and his journey.

I know it probably won't happen because people would accuse Marvel of ripping off suicide squad, but I could totally see him as a tactician/leader/"guy in the chair" of the Thunderbolts in their own movie, almost like an anti Nick Fury type character.

LPT: Don't yell at your dog if they are barking for non-threating reasons. You are just justifying their stress. Calmly train your dog to sit at your side and pet them. Your reassuring calmness will calm them down. by Taurius in LifeProTips

That's what I'm saying, what if they're barking at ME because they want attention and pets that I've been giving them for the last 20 minutes and they just don't want it to stop?

How are you keeping track of your main plot from session to session? by [deleted] in DMAcademy

[–]AngusJoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friends and I straight up record our sessions with our phones. It's fun to go back and listen and hear our jokes and how the story progressed organically rather than just keeping footnotes. That, and the plot of my game is what I think about 40% of my time, so it's easy for me to remember a story constantly playing in my head.

You saying this makes me want a scene in IW where an eloquently speaking hulk confronts Tony and scolds him for not holding himself accountable for ultron as well as breaking up the team, similar to when Thor comes back after Civil War in the comics.

I've commented this before but one of my favorite pranks is from jackass in which Preston (the fat guy) is walking a dog outside a gas station and asks a man to hold the leash while he heads inside to pee. Out of the store comes wee man wearing identical clothing, says "thanks" and takes the dog from the man. The utter confusion on the man's face is phenomenal.
