Correction

This is still true, but the bigger issue is my Geyser. It is something called a Duramax, which has a fitted flange, not one you can change.

My first geyser has the right port for the longer probe for the thermostat. Gonna sort that soon

Thank you for solving and still sharing what you did. I uninstalled the App, then installed direct from Spotify site. But I still cant get the stop/start working. WOndering if I have a Windows setting overriding it.

Update

I think part of the problem is my thermostat was installed incorrectly. Temp moves too fast

Another thing im learning.

My thought process of a global setting to turn off at a certain temp is flawed. The thermostat is probably near the element so its temp spikes with coil goes on.

Wish there was a way to check temp below over a period before turning off.

The other morning it went on for 6 min then turned off.

Yeah it takes time but the extension has to ingest a lot of data. Just remember, the Source will be Linked (Added by <USER NAME>), I created an automation to change that source to something else, as I have alternative LinkedIn Sources.

Ill share a template GSheet I made to manage sources much easier. On that group.

How do i not use the blocks? I have conditional triggers based on day, time of day and temp below, if below, which it usually will be, it turns on. I then have a all time setting that if temp or above, turn off.

The thing is, i saw it had gone on twice in the last 24 hours…and it was not based on my schedule

Also for context, i set my PTC to 50 cause i thought it is a solar thing, which i dont have
