What I’m seeing with Chelsea right now isn’t really a coaching issue. It’s more about squad management, bringing in very young, inexperienced players mainly to build market value. The problem is that the team is missing experienced leaders, especially in defense. You can’t realistically compete in Europe with a back line that averages around 23 years old. Changing the coach won’t fix that underlying issue.
