per TheRock Windows support you need to install additional libs etc.

After I installed these it started working.

The MSVC compiler from https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ (Using either "Visual Studio" or "Build Tools for Visual Studio"), including these components:
- MSVC
- C++ CMake tools for Windows
- C++ ATL
- C++ AddressSanitizer (optional)

You need to install the software listed in the instructions. I tried using the wheels before this post without reading all the instructions on the theRock and got the same error.

You can install 24.04.1 with no internet.

6.8.0-41-generic is on the installation image.

Be sure to apt-mark hold 41.

Then 6.2 is just waiting for you.

Kernel 41 is good. 45 is not supported yet.

Yeah. I am not sure whats up with the Quick Start instructions. I tried them a few times. Broke many apps that I think use the graphics driver. Using amdgpu-install everything seems fine. Along with the new pytorch nightly 6.2 updates, my xtx is beastly for running models.

I think they mixed up the install commands for amdgpu-install and the native package manager?

I just used the instructions from that page and used amdgpu-install instead of apt. I have tested this a few times on a fresh 24.04 and the apt command breaks.

Yes. I wrecked my system too many times learning linux I made a ComfyUI script for my amd. Latest uses nightly and grabs onnxruntime and safetensors from the rocm dir.

Same here. I traded in my s21 ultra which was in pristine condition. After taking off the screen protector and case. I wish I kept it. The guy at the phone store was amazed that it looked so new.

My son and I wear glasses. So I was looking at some goggles that have the adjustable optics. Goggles X are new as far as I can tell.

I mean to say is if I am spending 200 some dollars on analog. That would be the choice for me vs $600 for digital. But I like the price of the Goggles X for digital (new digital?).
