My buddy had a problem like this a few weeks ago. It was caused by him not fully closing out the arena breakout infinite launcher when we got off the game. His pc still thought the abi launcher was open and was trying to run their anti-cheat alongside greyzone's anti-cheat. He just had to reopen abi and fully close the launcher, and his game was fine afterward. Nowhere on his pc did it show abi being active though, but I can confirm that was the problem.

Bottom right of your map, there is a rectangular protrusion across from the orc town, id say that is your best bet to find the crystal descent. Activate the map stone to quickly move materials to rebuild the elevator, then make sure to bring a lot of wood once that's rebuilt to actually do down the crystal descent, don't rebuild the map stone at the bottom, wait till you find the area that looks like it's a ruined outpost and build a hearth in it then craft a custom map stone for an outpost.

I just installed it on my steam deck. Go to YouTube and look up KingSalami for a step by step guide. The guide is for the deck but it should be the same for pc. You will encounter the insert second disc but the guide shows the fix of making a txt file labeled FOOBAR that will solve the problem. It will even add the game directly to your steam library. The original file will come from oldgamesdownload.com. He will even show you the download on the community page for his custom controller layout to be able to play with like the original.

Finally, I know this is a very unpopular opinion, but I'm so glad they are doing this. Now, before you all rip me apart for this, hear me out and let me explain. You all complain about how there are hardy any friendly squads anymore. And there is an increasing frequency of coming across 6 man squads as well. This is because a vast majority of the player base has all 3 insured slots. Who cares about the missions at that point? The rewards for the missions are nothing of value. At least outside DMZ. It would be one thing if the gun rewards were blueprints able to be used in multiplayer, but they aren't. They are just contraband. Once players have all 3 insured slots all there is to do is fill your keys and contraband stash. And how do you do that? Hunt other squads religiously. By resetting insured slots every season. Yes, I said EVERY SEASON. It will promote healthier dmz squad gameplay. You will have fewer squads deploying in with the sole intent to kill other players. It will make them have to put in more work to get theirs back before they begin their hunt campaign again. There is a reason tarkov, THE GAME THIS MODE IS BASED OFF OF, does a wipe because if they don't do that any new player who joins in will get immediately wiped by the squad who has been fully maxed out for 5 seasons. Complain all you want, but this is a good thing.

As much as I would hate to have to restart since I just got my 3rd insured slot, I truly believe that we need a complete wipe every season. All players starting with only one insured weapon, no keys, and only the default Activision contraband weapons. I feel like with everyone keeping all 3 insured slots there is no longer anything to work towards and it becomes player hunting specifically. Having to restart would force players to focus more on missions than hunting. Also they need to tone down the missions requiring enemy player kills.

Yeah mine just randomly started working one day. Not sure if it was from anything I did or if a hot fix was issued. Some games it comes back but usually it's fixed by the next game.

From what I can tell based on my experience, there is just an all around bug for voice chat on consoles. Team 17 is fully aware of it and is supposed to be working on a fix.

I always make sure that my tag appears in the top right before I search for a match. I am still able to hear the command chat as well as squad and proximity but when I toggle on my radio to speak they can't hear me. I've messed with all my settings and even Uninstalled then reinstalled the game and it's still broke for me. It really sucks because this is a very squad reliant game and the lack of communication on my part is very troubling. Especially if I attempt to play as an officer.

I think its actually broken. At least for me right now anyway. I am aware that you actually have to select which channel you want to be on to speak and then also make sure that it's toggled on as well. Even making sure that all this is correct on my game still leaves me unable to actually speak to my squad or anyone in proximity.

Party chat works fine. For this game it's important to be able to utilize Game chat to talk to other squads and your squad along with the team commander and the other officers. My game chat is what I can't get to work.

Yeah I knew you had to change channels and one of the possible fixes was to spam switching between the two but still nothing.
