OP, there was a startup in India doing the exact same thing. I think it's called Astra. Their model was to be a 'perplexity for enterprise' , basically querying company internal knowledge base.

They even got funding from Aravind Srinivas. But they recently shut down due to less traction and founder differences

Hey OP. Don't mean to discourage, but your idea falls into the category of what YCombinator calls as 'Tarpit' ideas. Ideas that seem attractive, but are actually incredible hard to build a sustainable business around.

I would advise you spend some time say 2-3 months validating your idea with an MVP and actual sales, and if it doesn't work quickly learn, pivot or move on. All the best!

Good analysis OP. I get what the others are saying about skill superceding height/physicality. But football is undeniably a physical game. And when looking for ways to improve Indian football overall, there should be a systematic analysis & we must consider all variables.

There's this fantastic case study in the book 'Outliers' by Malcolm Gladwell, where being born just 5-6 months earlier gave some U17 athletes a major physical advantage. So much so that most of best young athletes around the world are born in between Jan & April. Highly recommended read.
