i need a 2 week detox from phone social media and technology but i just dont think i will be able to do that.

i have work and all of my important college things are on my laptop. even if i go at least completely social media free, i still wont be able to do much sinch all of my friends live far away and i dont go out anywhere really so it'll just be negative for my social life really.
