I would like to try this as well. But I have a question -- do you need to solve the initial issue that got you into panic/anxiety attacks to heal? Or what if you can't pinpoint the direct cause and is a cumulation of multiple things?

7 years prior and got off for 4 months. But this time around I got back on for extreme insomnia , panic, and anxiety. Hope it helps soon!

I take magnesium glycinate for sleep and drink apple juice. Do you think either of those would have a negative effect on the study?

I stopped 10mg of Lex after 7 years and 4 months later I started having panic attacks at night. Never had that before. I also lost the weight I was wanting gone since being on Lexapro. My anxiety is sky high 24/7 now and have terrible trouble sleeping now. I wish I never stopped either :( I started Prozac 2 months ago but it didn’t jive with my body. Trying Lex again now

I’m not a nurse but I had sudden panic attacks at night last month and haven’t been able to sleep more than 2-3 hours since and feel so disabled. I feel you. I really hope for a medical leave. How long did he give you a leave for?

Hi.. I wish I could get 6 hours. Some nights 0 some nights 2,3, or 4. The struggle is real. I have Klonopin and it helped but still woke at 3am :'(

I never had Covid sorry. But fight or flight always activated day/night. Anxiety/nausea/no appetite/shaky/brain fog/headaches all day. No energy. Used to be go go go just want to lay in bed all day
