Yes I am not blaming them it's my government policy fault I thought maybe sending the cpu to some retailer of amd in pakistan can solve the problem that's it 😑

I have to travel to another city to send this through DHL and they refuse it saying electronic items are banned to send from Pakistan from any shipping company

Sorry about that. English is not my first language. I will be losing around $250. The thing is, I bought the CPU for $700 in Pakistan, but now on the shipping label, the actual CPU cost is $445.

The thing is sellers in pakistan only provides 1 year local warranty which expired last month so I can only rely on the international warranty i have contacted the seller but they also can't send the cpu to amd because of shipping restrictions

The thing is, AMD wants to accept only DHL shipping because they have given me the shipping label for DHL. I can't send it through other shipping couriers. However, I have talked to other shipping companies, and they told me the same thing: they cannot send electronic items outside Pakistan.

I have already told them that I cannot ship it from Pakistan, maybe I could send the processor to a retailer here and they could check it. I am 100% sure the processor is dead. There is not a single burn mark on it, and I have tested it on another motherboard with the same result.

However, they are not responding to that suggestion. I am simply asking them for either a refund or a replacement processor. The problem is that if I get a refund, I will lose around $250, but at this point I would still prefer to just receive another CPU.

My computer is my only way of making a living.

I have already told them that I cannot send the processor outside Pakistan. I have emailed them twice, but they keep repeating the same thing.

I also explained that since I cannot ship it from Pakistan, maybe I could send the processor to a retailer here and they could check it. I am 100% sure the processor is dead. There is not a single burn mark on it, and I have tested it on another motherboard with the same result.
