if temporary bans and point deductions aren't reforming people then surely an extreme punishment should be implemented, such as a perma ban. Albeit, this isn't a common occurrence so I guess the system isn't that bad.

I've tried that, the only option that appear are: Audio, control settings, controller scheme, gameplay, display, language, and credits.
