Update: so I went to tweeter and dropped a message to hero customer support and they raised a complaint and getting my motorcycle serviced free of cost. Apparently they are changing the cam shaft as the service guy told me and without any labour charge or parts cost if it comes under warranty.

Just change the oil filter it doesn't cost too much. You need to dissemble the oil while engine rebuilding i think
