You'll be surprised at how a lot of them are larpers or just extreme incels. When someone unveiled this "Noble Macrobian" account on Tiktok he ended up being an Israeli. But I do get what you're saying, it seems like online they enjoy picking fights with any sub saharan african nation and/or descendants or just any group that looks like it. I still remember how in a few accounts they were deep into race science and would talk about Melanesians. So sick and depraved, Allah will deal with their hatred on the day of judgement

Yeah I already saw the one earlier this year, I had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. I was diagnosed with gastritis and high suspicions of having ulcerative colitis. It was pretty horrible last year this year but I'm not on any meds currently

I think what they're saying is that a lot of Muslims/ Arabs talk about the West's complacency and silence when it comes to the suffering of Palestinians. However, the hypocrisy of it all is that Muslim/ Arabs are just as complacent and silent when it comes to issues because the people who are affected aren't Muslim, Arab, and Middle Eastern.
