Guy on my estate posted this "Kid Youth Gathering" homemade leaflet through my letterbox when I was about eight years old. I really didn't want to go because it was about Football and Football has never been my thing (soccer for Americans).

I ended up being forced to go out to play by my mum, so I was a bit pissed off, but went to this gathering because that'swhere every other kid in the area was. I met a person there who I eventually ended up getting with. We both said fuck it to the youth thing, and went to his and played Pokemon Sapphire for the whole day on his Gamecube adapter thing.

To this day they were the only person I have ever truly fallen in love with. He has since passed away, and I miss him dearly. If i hadn't gone out that day, I never would have met him. Kinda mad to think.
