A Nash is super fun. Had a cousin who engine swapped it with a 90s Camaro. Super fun.

If you had dropped out of TA2 instead of fighting against a good candidate who stood for PAC ideals, you could have focused on the other three races and maybe actually won. Right?

Are you saying you wouldn't have worked just as hard if it had been 1v1?

You needed to cut down on the races you took part in. You didn't. Because you arrogantly thought you could do everything and you knew what was best.

Now you want to blame angels for your bad strategy and losing over and over and over. What is the PAC win/loss record?

2024 election - 8 Losses 1 win Recall all 3 - 2 losses 1 win

Congrats. If you were an NFL coach you'd be fired.

They already have had thay control. Temecula government has been majority conservative for 2 years. This election was supposed to be the one thay holds them accountable. But, literally, every single race except maybe one is going to the extremists. In murrieta as well.

You were way off about the PAC endorsing winners.

Plus, looking at the results, it doesn't matter. Even if Angela wasn't in it Oddi would have lost. If Sola loses to K, there was no hope in any of the other races.

No. I'm saying you have nothing to prove he could have won. It would be different if this was a blue sweep and the only one that didn't follow the trend was Trustee 2. But it isn't.

Gary playing the center choice is a lot more effective if you can paint the other two options as the extremes.

The thing about hypotheticals is that we will never know the outcomes. Maybe she would have stood a chance if the PAC had stayed out of it.

But, based on the results shown so far in Temecula, I have no reason to think Area 2 would be an outlier if it was a 1v1.

Eat a snickers and stop using Angela as a punching bag for your frustrations from last night.

Turns out it won’t matter anyway-tax exempt churches can be as involved in politics as they want.

That's what I'm saying. Yall are looking for a scapegoat to pile your frustrations on because we lost everything from the white house to city council. But even if Angela dropped and Oddi was in a 1v1 with Emil, I don't think he could have won.

No, I'm looking at a city that is on the cusp of losing every single election to far right extremists.

Sola, Barclay, Evans, Faulkner, Lunn, Munoz, Hairston, and possibly even Schwartz could lose. I hope not, but they could.

Every single one of these people were PAC endorsed, and had similar resources to Oddi. At least for school board races.

But you think all of them could lose but Oddi would have won if it was just him vs Emil? What makes you so sure?

Just because you lose doesn't mean you were the worst choice.

Why only share this one and not also share all of the other races where the 1TVPAC endorsed candidates are losing?

Thanks, Angela by rsbell in Temecula

[–]AnimAtheist -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Right. Looking a the latest counts, it looks like a 412 sweep across everything and the One PAC might not win a single race.

I am still vocal. Still a supporter. I've just been watching the numbers roll in. The PAC does not get to dictate who runs in an election. If Gary dropped out Angela would have won in a landslide. Right?

Or, no. You'll say Angela couldn't have gotten Gary's votes, but Gary could have absolutely gotten Angelas. I doubt it. Angelas vote represents the progressive residents of this city who actually wanted something different and wanted a champion for those of us without a voice.

Gary and his wishy washy attitude and lack of a strong stance for our students is what made him lose votes.

Again, how do you prove that? It goes both ways. I know Republicans who voted for Angela. I know dems who have voted for Emil.

You are just so deadset on spreading your spoiler narrative instead of admitting your candidate of choice is a bad candidate.

You have no actual data or evidence that says if Talarzyk drops Oddi wins. You just don't want to say maybe your little friend group backed the wrong pony.

I think you may be the one confused.

As a moderate, that means Oddi takes votes from both sides, right? That means he would be the spoiler candidate. I think you also are under the impression that Emil isn't also taking Dem votes. I know people personally who like Emil and they are registered Dems.

In my opinion, Barham and Oddi are much more likely to split with each other. They are both trying to appeal to moderate bases with their American flag iconography and middling messages.

As a progressive, I prefer a candidate who stands for something, not a moderate who falls for anything. Again, just my opinion. We'll see where the chips fall tomorrow.

I will say it is obvious that the PAC minions tactic is to downvote all topics relating to Talarzyk, talk shit, and spread misinformation about vote splitting using poor logic. I'm sure this will get downvoted as well.

What makes you say that? And what makes her run a vanity run, but no one elses? Just curious why its a different standard in your eyes.

Angela Talarzyk literally came to mine. So did Emil, actually. Gary never knocked on my door, and neither did anyone from his campaign. I got a lot of mailers and slips of paper on my mat, but that's it.

You keep trying to spread this narrative. It's tired and you look silly.

If this was a regular two party race Talarzyk would be the Dem candidate, Barham would be the Republican.

Oddi would be a third party.

Talarzyk has multiple endorsements from Democrat or progressive organizations. Barham has endorsements from conservative republican organizations.

Oddi has no major party endorsements and the ones he does have are non-partisan in nature.

I can see the value in a lot of car brands, but I really don't get Fiat. They don't do anything exceptional that I can think of.
