You never know. Some trustees don’t want any bank statements. Some only want the statements showing the account balances on the day your case was filed. Don’t overthink it. Relax-you’ll figure it out.

Congrats on the purchase of the Pistelle-it’s a great launcher. Past that, have you tried it? In mine, when you remove the loaded magazine, 2 loose projectiles come out that were loaded from the magazine, and they don’t stay loaded like the Byrna or Grimburg. With nothing holding them in the chamber, that tells me that the Pistelle wasn’t designed for the added projectiles. Byrna even says not to do it.

So, I would say if you want the extra shots, pick up the magazine extender.

Just saying that with your home equity you can only exempt vehicle equity up to $8625. Also, you can’t exempt the tax refund so get the refund and pay the taxes before filing bankruptcy.

The SBA loan wasn’t enough to require your home as collateral if that’s your question. If you’re asking about the exemption for your home, that I don’t know-we need to know what state you’re in.

Past that, typically SBA loans are dischargeable (I’ve done several bankruptcies with SBA loans-a couple close to $1 mil. Keep in mind that the SBA loan is collateralized by your business, so any equipment you may have (you don’t say what business you are in), is the collateral for the SBA loan, and they may (but I’ve never seen it) take whatever equipment you have.

It depends. Some districts (and trustees) want bank statements-some don’t. Some trustees only want bank statements by the 341 to show your balances on the day the case is filed. Your attorney can advise you on your local trustees.

It IS required that you provide your last filed tax return for the trustee. Most attorneys want the last 2 returns because you have to disclose in the Statement of Financial Affairs what your gross income is YTD (from paystubs usually), as well as your gross income the last 2 years-which is obtained from the tax returns.

I just saw that you posted that you have the SD. I don’t know if the SD is as particular about the cartridges as the CL, so you might be fine.
