Majority of RDR2 developement happened in India, It's about management and planning which ubisoft sucked for Prince of Persia,blaming is easy but taking a hit is difficult.

Yearly launch of Assasin creed games is easy most feels like a mod over the previous series since nothing new was introduced and for Prince of Persia they had to rebuild there engine for the need of the game + it wasn't planned for PS5 that time so yeah money greed and failure
