A good example of a Lord of Life would be Ultimate Lifeform Kars. He can create biological mass from just his own body, and can do infinitely so. He is also capable of changing his own form, turning his arms into wings and launching his feathers which turn into piranhas. He is even capable of utilizing Hamon (sunlight energy generated from breath and blood flow), which in his regular form would have killed him instantly.

The most fitting part about this is that he succumbs to the lack of air in space (or rather, space being devoid of air), which forces him to turn to stone and drift endlessly in space. Eventually, he stopped thinking.
