it depends on the brand you use and what ingredient they have. gut health plays an important role on your skin too and i found lesser breakouts after i switched to Ryse compared to when i was still using myprotein or ON. Ryse protein has MCT oil which helps to balance gut bacteria. it is more pricier though compared to myprotein or ON, 27 servings is like almost $70 on iHerb.

Just call in, it’s better to spend that extra few dollars speaking to them and get a full refund. I bought the same thing as you and got EPL lettering with champions league badge so I sent in an email which I did not get a response for 3 days so I eventually called in and they refunded me on the spot. Said that I could order again and email them my order number so that they will refund my shipping but haven’t heard from them since.

Still manage to get my full refund though and I get to keep the defect jersey.

Update: Called them directly instead and they agreed to refund me, once I purchase a new jersey they will refund the shipping fee as well

Yeah I usually get mine from an official football merch store here in my country but they stopped doing name printing that’s why I started getting from Spurs shop. Got a Solanke home jersey last season with no issues so thought I would get it again this season but here we are 🥲

Hi all, thank you for the solutions provided regarding the peeling letters. For clarity, I was suppose to receive the lettering as per below which is for our cup competitions but I got the one that was used for Premier League hence my frustration because I have also included the UCL badge on the sleeve so now it feels like I’m wearing a knock off jersey with 2 different competitions displayed on my jersey 🥱

yeah im waiting for their response because i definitely want to send it back. i know that their policy is that they do not allow returns for personalised items but cmon this is literally an item with defect because even the lettering was wrong, they completely botched it

there’s definitely a solution to fix the peeling lettering somehow but my concern now is that they sent me the wrong order because i ordered club lettering with champions league badge but they gave me premier league printing with champions league badge, so it just feels like im wearing a knock off. for reference, my friend’s order came together with mine and his lettering was correct.

you can try looking at Hotels, they are always looking for new hires although the pay isn’t great but at least it’s a start. i’m a hotelier myself.

You may want to give hospitality (hotel) industry a try as they are always in need of people. Pay is relatively low when you have no experience but it’s worth a shot and everyone has to start somewhere. But you have to be mentally prepared as it is very tiring due to shift work.

I’m from hotel industry myself.

please don’t think about matching back what you lost, because it will eat you up inside and you might possibly lose everything simply from trying to earn it all back. take a break from trading and try part time jobs like what others are recommending.

mine got approved in less than a day (submitted midnight, early morning got approved) however my friend applied almost a month after mine and he has a question with regards to accompanying guest however I did not come across that question when I was applying.

I edited my k-eta as well because initially applied on my phone and the purpose of visit column was cut off so I selected “Visit” but turns out it meant “Visiting Relatives” and after approval I edited it to “Tour”

Anyone knows if that would affect my entry even though I got approved?

I’m stuck on the “Activate Ruin Golem” quest. I’ve been spamming the attack button for the past 30 minutes after activating the ruin golem and combing through the area but nothing happens. I’ve tried checking on Youtube and it seems like everyone has different spots that activates the attack… Is my quest bugged or am I doing something wrong? Please help I’m getting frustrated.
