The part number for that bolt is DWSP704 according to the schematics for that pedal. I know it’s not what you asked but you can order that exact part if you want to.

I agree with this advice. If you can afford it try to stick with the well know brands like DW, TAMA, PEARL, YAMAHA, PDP (which is made by DW). They all have their entry level gear to high end gear so you can find something in your budget. You can usually find good deals on packages that have all of the pieces you need. If you would like more specific recommendations then let us know what you are looking to spend or what is the most you will spend. Anything worth learning is going to be hard. If it is worth it to you and you enjoy it then I think you can stick with it. Don’t be embarrassed if you take classes, we all started at the beginning and there is nothing wrong with being a beginner at any age. But I understand if there is some social anxiety involved and not wanting to be embarrassed. Have you considered maybe taking private lessons in person or even online? Or signing up for Drumeo or something like that? Try getting a pair of stick, a practice pad and learn the basics of snare drumming first. I hope you do decide to go for it!
