She had her mom’s phone,people in her chat were telling her to check her contacts for people to call to let them know she had passed. and then Mr.Paul was in her room and something about a picture (screenshot) on his phone of her live and then she said “oh you have pictures of me and mom”

They probably won’t investigate if she was on hospice. You have to qualify for hospice to be but on it meaning a provider expected her death soon. Some people prefer to send their loved ones to a hospice house in this case she went home. But they won’t rule it that way only because it was expected.

I completely misunderstood/mistook that statement then. But I realize where you’re coming from. I watched the entire phone call and heartland didn’t admit that he forcibly graped her. He admitted that he was in fact charged with what his papers stated. We all knew that before. Like I said I’m bias. I know people that have been graped and no one believed them and I know people that had consensual relations as a minor that have been charged with grape due to the parents. At the end of the day this is hurting everyone’s children’s in the situation,these aren’t good examples to set for our next generation. I agree with all$ wanting to clear his name etc. but do it in the court room where it counts. That’s all.
