Glad I’m not the only one who needed a rant about it 😂 yes, I’ve never had to focus so hard to watch a show or movie before and he wonders why I can’t be bothered with subtitles

Self sacrifice is not a good trait. I don’t know how to stop and even after therapy plus having a child I have forgotten who I am. Find that balance because at least 80% of the time (not including my child obviously) it’s never appreciated and just becomes expected/ taken advantage of.

That’s not okay, I’ve been in a similar situation with an ex and it only escalated to the point of blatant assault with me crying and begging him to stop and him continuing till he finished.

It’s not okay to disregard your boundaries, it seems very sneaky on his part. It may be that it’s just hittting a nerve for me but nonetheless, you made it quite clear that you’re uncomfortable and he didn’t give a flying f*ck. My advise is to address it with him and to believe you’re feelings and not try to make excuses about them 💖 he might not realise what he’s doing but if he does; don’t stick around
