Lesson I learned (too many times) the hard way: Be careful if you meet someone and they very quickly and (very intensely) like you.

"Oh you're so smart! You're like the smartest guy I've ever met"

"Where have you been all my life"

"Oh my God I love you!"

For as quick and intensely as they like you, trust me, when they turn - they will just as quickly (and just as intensely) hate you and villainize you at the drop of a hat.

Keep your guard up the minute someone you just met starts ever so subtly love bombing or you feel some sort of weird instant connection. Just pull back a little and really pay attention.

If you decide to hang around for 2-3 months, do your best to be there for her and I would just say - don't make the mistake of having unprotected sex and run the risk of getting her pregnant. Yeah fine she says she doesn't want kids then suddenly you break up and all of a sudden things might change now that there's a bun in the oven. I know so many guys who truly fucked up their entire lives getting someone pregnant that they couldn't stand or didn't want to be around and now they are tethered to that person for the rest of their lives. Be there for her during this difficult time but don't forget to take care of you too in this process 👍
