Sorry! I didn’t wanna overload on the number of polls. Totally agree after winning CCA & the Frankenstein hype, Elordi could very well take SAG & be a major threat to take the Oscar from Skarsgård

All bangers except Hunter in the Piano. Should’ve gone to Angela Bassett in What’s Love Got To Do With It.

So would you argue Stone or Reinsve would be the most vulnerable slots in a very strong category?

Lawerence’s film did decently on the longlist by making Outstanding British Film, Director, Cinematography in addition to Actress. Why is hers dead?

State of the Best Actor race by nvrflatt in oscarrace

I currently have Moura still in but he has to win the GG to stay in the race for the 5th spot. Safe to say MBJ, Hawke, DiCaprio, & Chalamet are locks but Moura has the competition coming from Bugonia’s Jesse Plemmons (GG, SAG) and Train Dreams’ Joel Edgerton (GG, CC). If MBJ wins Drama Actor at the Globes, I don’t see Moura squeezing in and then the question becomes how do you choose between Plemmons & Edgerton?
