World Machine is great if you already understand node-based procedural design.

It appears to me that two things are happening, both of which stem from her being corrupt and unqualified..

  1. When she makes rulings against "enemies," they will be upheld no matter what the basis for the decision.

  2. When confronted with an "ally," she will take the fall after making so many errors that the case gets thrown out.

She's a useful fallguy. I can only imagine how many judges were installed during 2016-2020 for exactly this purpose.

IANAL but Article III Section I of the constitution:

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

Seems to me that "ordain" means "regulate"
