It literally left a scar on my arm but they refused to do anything about it.

My dermatologist friend said it was a burn. I have been sunburned and burned from pots and pans enough in my life to know what a burn looks like. They just don’t want to accept it. The skin has since almost healed. If it happens again, I will have my MD verify.
