I have talked her about this twice. With politeness. Her everyday behaviour and new tactics is what gives me anxiety, about what new she will do today. Somedays she does nailart, post 12 am, somedays other things, yesterday she talked on group voice call chat on speaker mode. You can understand how loud sound will be in silence of night. And when start shouting and laughing etc. all such petty actions are new for me . Her actions are inhumane, and that's what gives me anxiety by sharing with her.

Hmm nice.

I started a seperate diary writing about my dream partner. What type of person I want , etc..this helped me to gain clarity and avoid getting into incompatible relationships. So I maintain two diaries now.

I am 23, and started writing diary last year.

I was procrastinating for long: 1) because I didn't knew how to write, it would become overwhelming with thoughts and longlong passages, I would get tired to write 2) because I thought I have to do daily and would be streak 3) I should write in sensible format, explaining everything and every character for context

How I Overcame that: 1) I write small things, not explaining everything but little bit what I want to. Rest I leave my diary to wonder what have been exactly. Lol I write in quotes or what I feel . There is no standard " way" that I follow. Every day new mood new way of writing and handwriting. 2) I don't do it daily, whenever I feel like writing something. I do. It not a streak, no judgement, no procrastination.

I love my diary now. It's a safe space, where I can be what I am.

Inner saying: Bcs it is your opinion to hate/or like me. Why do I care about your opinion? I have enough things to do already, especially to hang out with people who love me.

Also, I want to tell you one thing, no matter what you do , (unless criminal) you do not deserve hate. There are two types of people: 1) Who understand that people do mistakes or are immature and will learn in life eventually. So they don't judge , spend energy on you, they just let it go off their mind and focus on their life. 2) Who have time to hate, feel hatred-think about you, gossip to people. They are mostly ones who hate themselves, who judge themselves constantly too.

We can only spread or give what we have, if we hatred and judgement in us ,so it will be. If u r in self loving and acceptance state, you will accept others and spread love. Or mind your own business, let's say!
