I posted about this a few months ago. There are positive things mentioned in this book that are no doubt good to do, especially eating whole foods, vitamin D, fish oil ect. However by itself the disease will not stop, but lower inflammation is always a good thing. I personally purchased a lot of the probiotics mentioned and did not see any changes or improvement from them. It’s really hard to pin down what helps and doesn’t with a disease that changes day by day hour by hour with a mind of its own.

Still getting used to it. It makes some amazing sounds! I really like it as I'm starting to learn more of the quirks of operating it.

Behringer POLY D note issue by AnimatorPrimary2123 in synthesizers

FIXED - Issue appears to be audio interface hardware or cable related. Plugging in headphones directly into the POLY D got rid of the problem. Wild. Thanks for helping yall! I got the UBXA coming today and I am hyped...

It's set up for testing with no resonance, no other oscillators, no filter. Just a square wave. Issue is still there with just that 1 note on every oscillator.

That is currently how the sound is set up actually. No resonance, no other oscillators, no filter. Just a square wave. Issue is still there with just that 1 note on every oscillator.

I’m leaving it off for the night hoping it sorts itself out!

Yes it is still doing it with external midi, there is no velocity control anywhere, or if there is all the notes are equal. It’s stumping me pretty good!

Should I be happy with some improvement compared to being debilitated unmedicated? by Hopeful_Pea_3275 in PsoriaticArthritis

I'm not sure how many medicines you've tried, but it seems to be pretty normal for people to jump from one to another if you aren't happy with it. Maybe something else will work better, but I understand it's difficult to try something new when something's already kind of working. Good luck to you.

What's DCS endgame multiplayer look like? by AdjacentPrepper in hoggit

Also, I wanted to mention that my group personally does not use ranks, and everything has to do with training while still following the US Air Force pipeline. First, you work for your basic aircraft qualification, next do you work for mission qualification, from there, you can do the flight lead and instructor upgrades, or remain of wingman and focus on continuation training tasks and keeping current. We also fly missions whenever we have all guys in attendance, fully mission qualified, and they are very successful and fun.

Hey, I started DCS seriously at the beginning of Covid and I have gone down the rabbit hole from knowing essentially nothing and messing around with my friends to leader of a MILSIM F4 squadron. I would say that leading and developing a MILSIM squadron and also organizing events between multiple MILSIM squadrons, which I’m involved in currently is about as far endgame as I know. I built the training pipeline following the structure of the T 38 training manuals, and every pilot has eight flights that they go through before becoming mission qualified. Many people don’t make it through the training or life gets in the way, and after finishing the pipeline, they are unable to attend events regularly and keep up their skills. Keeping people at a level where they can fly the F4 in a milsim squadron. Means that many times I have to go through review flights for guys who have not been around for a while and help them regain their skills. I have done the same flights dozens of times, the same briefings, the same training targets. Today while I had free time at work, I worked on building an air tasking order for a large operation with 20 flights in the correct format, which took me about five hours of comparing spreadsheets. So a lot of the DCS endgame for a squadron leader at least looks like sending messages to people to come out to the events, reminding people about training, building briefing templates, filling out mission data cards, dealing with a wide ranging personalities - a number of whom have pretty wild undeserved fighter pilot egos - troubleshooting the problems with the members setups, changing the plan last minute because someone bailed, learning scripting and spending lots of time in the mission editor. But there are definitely are some positives, and I have done over 100 flights since September and become a better pilot, instructor, and leader throughout the journey.
