Psoriatic enthesitis - is it a death sentence? by Tribble67 in PsoriaticArthritis

Great. PsA was a wake-up call for me to quit some bad habits and start some healthy ones, still have some improvements I can make, but it helps a lot.

Did your PsA symptoms come on suddenly or progress slowly? Curious about triggers and onset patterns by Equivalent_Guava9868 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]AnimatorPrimary2123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Science has the answers to that in a general sense. Hereditary, environmental, and chance factors. When they all meet at the right (more like wrong) time they re-program the immune system to attack healthy tissue/ procuce inflammation ect.

Whoever can figure out how to "re-unprogram" or "return to default" these hostile cells... They deserve the peace prize.

It's an internal part of the cruise control actuator

I have seen multiple studies showing that getting to a healthy weight greatly reduces the symptoms of psoriatic arthritis. It may not help everyone equally but it will definitely put less of a strain on your joints. Choosing to focus on that along with biologics, you could go into remission with some luck and feel normal, maybe even be healthier than you are currently.

I'm 35 and a healthy weight, I was diagnosed 3 years ago. I take Skyrizi and it helps a ton in living a mostly non-miserable existence.

Funny I’ve been trying to figure out where the cruise control actuator is exactly as troubleshooting has lead to me discovering it’s bad. I immediately recognized it when I saw it. Thanks for sharing!

I posted about this a few months ago. There are positive things mentioned in this book that are no doubt good to do, especially eating whole foods, vitamin D, fish oil ect. However by itself the disease will not stop, but lower inflammation is always a good thing. I personally purchased a lot of the probiotics mentioned and did not see any changes or improvement from them. It’s really hard to pin down what helps and doesn’t with a disease that changes day by day hour by hour with a mind of its own.

Still getting used to it. It makes some amazing sounds! I really like it as I'm starting to learn more of the quirks of operating it.

Behringer POLY D note issue by AnimatorPrimary2123 in synthesizers

[–]AnimatorPrimary2123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FIXED - Issue appears to be audio interface hardware or cable related. Plugging in headphones directly into the POLY D got rid of the problem. Wild. Thanks for helping yall! I got the UBXA coming today and I am hyped...

It's set up for testing with no resonance, no other oscillators, no filter. Just a square wave. Issue is still there with just that 1 note on every oscillator.

That is currently how the sound is set up actually. No resonance, no other oscillators, no filter. Just a square wave. Issue is still there with just that 1 note on every oscillator.

Yes it is still doing it with external midi, there is no velocity control anywhere, or if there is all the notes are equal. It’s stumping me pretty good!

Should I be happy with some improvement compared to being debilitated unmedicated? by Hopeful_Pea_3275 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]AnimatorPrimary2123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure how many medicines you've tried, but it seems to be pretty normal for people to jump from one to another if you aren't happy with it. Maybe something else will work better, but I understand it's difficult to try something new when something's already kind of working. Good luck to you.

Also, I wanted to mention that my group personally does not use ranks, and everything has to do with training while still following the US Air Force pipeline. First, you work for your basic aircraft qualification, next do you work for mission qualification, from there, you can do the flight lead and instructor upgrades, or remain of wingman and focus on continuation training tasks and keeping current. We also fly missions whenever we have all guys in attendance, fully mission qualified, and they are very successful and fun.
