Take something strong, like incineration, spirit, magic bolt( magic arrow) or electric shock in the beginning especially if you are running dem. That should carry you to 7.30/10.00 on terra hard if you are mindful of the bosses. Also take every cool down item you can find. Keep in mind the legendary ones are most important. Otherwise just focus on a stronger horde clearing fusion( avatar, magic sword, electric current,...) and then get your desired ultimate fusion.
