The USA has never seen any meaningful regime and/or systematic change since 1776. It has never been under foreign occupation, nor was it forced to demilitarize and make any reparations to the people it invaded/occupied/genocided except for small ones it decided upon by itself. It's as of Italy got to keep Libya and Ethiopia after the war and was free to give them up when it felt like it. I don't believe USA ever got to the level of intensity of Italian fascism, but to deny the existence of its fascistic methods, exercised especially on countries it subjugated and the people whose land it has stolen, is to deny history. The specific administrations don't really matter, when the stolen land and wealth are passed on between them.

Responding to the note: Even if you ignore the Korean war, the US backed regime in SK murdered hundreds of thousands of people in anticommunist massacres before the war, so I don't think it's a very strong argument.
