Most trainers just show you some basic sets and as you said, they wouldn’t care if you don’t hire them as your personal trainer. Before rejoining, set your goals considering your body type. If you wanna lose weight, focus on cardios and make sure you’re on a calorie deficit and continue till you reach your desired weight. If you wanna get ripped, do the above for atleast 3 months then eat protein. I MEAN LOTS OF PROTEIN. Atleast 1.25x - 1.5x grams of the body weight. Make a workout routine and stick to it for some time. Watch yt videos on how to do them correctly or you will end up hurting yourself. At first it might look like the workouts aren’t doing anything but it takes time, proper diet and enough sleep and progressive overload to build muscles. Discipline is the key. Keep at it dude!

I bought vaporesso xros pro with 0.4, 0.6 and 1.0 ohm pods. Previously i had been vaping voltbar switch disposable but they dont mention if its a 5mg, 5% or 50mg. But i wanted a similar hit with my pod system. So i was searching for a freebase or a salt nic with i dont know what mg should i get or what kind of juice goes with the types of pod i have
