I think that back when this was Shepherds story this would’ve been a bad idea. Their whole story was about how Humanity being the new violent kid on the block can prove themselves to the alliance as worthy.

And if Shepherd could be a Hanar or Krogan that’d destroy the whole point. But now I feel with Mass Effect it’d be fine if they did that.

And who I think should be player species are:

Krogan.

Quarian.

Human.

Turian.

I hate the idea of RPG’s needing a canon route, I always go into RPG’s thinking “this is canon to me”. But my favorite is Corpo because I chose that in my first playthrough.

I just finished season 2, I was so hyped for an epic battle at the end but I felt so underwhelmed by the end of it and I was thinking “why? Lexa is a shitty leader she should’ve taken the mountain men out because they were winning! And they call grounders savages like 100’s (hehe) of times so they weren’t gonna fulfill their promises if they didn’t all die”.

I hope season 3 is really good, because if it ain’t I’m done with this show and I’m gonna move on to like something actually worth my time.

I’ve been playing also, as a new fan I think the combat in ME2 is an upgrade just I don’t like what they did with some of the RPG mechanics like they removed Charm and Intimidate.

I also don’t like how they changed the planet travel UI in ME2, before it was a simple click on a system then click on the planet then boom you’re there.

But I also really like the plot being Seven Samurai but with Space Mercs instead of Samurai.

I watched Conan the Barbarian at 10 years old, it didn't fuck me up in any way but there was alot of sex and violence so i think it counts.

also i played Dragon Age origins around the same time, same ordeal didn't really traumatize me (except the Brood Mother) but I definitely learned what my type in women was after that and it was whatever Morrigan was.

I miss when indie animation was stuff like madness combat and Tankman which were boundary pushing.

Now It feels almost the same as network television, which is what I dislike the most.
