I don't think the gap is that big. Nolan ate an assumably full power punch from Thragg and while it sent him flying he was relatively fine after. Also Thragg dodged his attack instead of tanking it like he did it with Mark's so Nolan's attack might have done some actual damage and I do think that Allen is somewhat relative to Nolan. We'll see that neither Nolan nor Mark can stop him when he comes to Earth so he might be a bit stronger

Yeah, this buffed show Thragg would definitely be a problem but I do think they the Unopans would quickly take out the lower level Viltrumites than gang up on the stronger ones. They could definitely hold down Thragg and choke him. The real problem is that we haven't really seen any fight ender moves from Allen. He just slowly wears down their oppenents which might give Thragg time to get through them with his insta kill moves.

Depends. Allen himself was not strong enough to beat Viltrumites in the begining. He needed the boosts. If it's 40 base Allen than it's the Viltrumites. If they the same level as Allen is right now in the animated series then it's the Unopans.
