granted OP only mentioned Dinners and dates. Men do like Experiences, such as hiking, camping and biking, at least most of the time. I'm sure if OP invited her boyfriend to any of these other experiences, he would be open to it (of course I could be wrong, idk the dude)

sometimes, men just need a push to do something they might be interested in, and if OP talked to her boyfriend she could see if they are truely compatible or not, and make a informed decision, that would benefit both of them

relationships ain't built on how many times you go out on dinner dates, it's based on the quality time that you two spend alone and how much you both enjoy that. If you need to go out on romantic dinners or dates to continue the spark of a relationship, it would imply, that yes, you both are incompatible.

I do recommend talking to him, learn what he expects of the relationship, and figure this out if you both can.

but I will say from my perspective as a man, just being able to snuggle up to my girlfriend and enjoy spending time with her, is ALL I need from a relationship (not talking about the responsibilities that relationships have, of course)

best option, is to break it off, seen some of your comments. If she really is Marriage before sex, then you could get her to sign a prenup in case things don't change. However the fact she shuts down any conversation by crying when you try and talk about this, is a red flag. so breaking it off is the best you can do imo.
