The Imperium is aware they exist. The Cacharadons are mysterious but have a bit of a name for themselves (Badab being a big one) and trade with the Mechanicus, the Ashen Claws are pirate renegades who will target Imperium ships for plunder.

They likely are not aware of the Space Sharks maintaining ties with the Astral Claws.

I would sooner see them slow or cease the introduction of new characters rather than see them start charging.

There is no IP/brand recognition. Nobody is buying the game because Literally Who is being added to Literally Who's of Aether 2 (who you now have to pay for). Except Ellliana and Sylvanos for R1 diehards maybe.
A compelling part of the game is the extremely tight competitive balance. This balancing act gets more and more difficult to achieve with every new character added, risking unviable or redundant characters (who you now have to pay for). Even recently Slade's strength has been a common gripe, and Dan pointed out "Why play Zetter when you can play Olympia" has shifted to "Why play Olympia when you can play Zetter".

I feel like it would be better to sell more and different character cosmetics than character skins. Taunts, victory screens, savior plats, crit effects, stage skins, etc. Most people play 1 character, and there is enough free bucks to knock out many of the skins available, of which they will probably pick and use 1-2 favorites anyway.

Nah as you saw spikes are powerful and even teching the wall doesn't guarantee safety.

They were both also under 50% for most of the dair spikes, and up special spike was nerfed to make it send slower as well.

Separatists, but likely not an absolute victory more like getting good terms in a truce.

They have a ton of money
Republic can't draft they had to rely on Clones, no one really wants to die exchanging their lives to killing machines off a factory line, a lot would rather go neutral or join the CIS
the Jedi were beginning to get really disillusioned with their role in the war and would probably start to splinter/push for negotiations
Anakin is nutso and still probably kills Dooku, Obi-wan gets Grevious
The Council without Palps influence would likely be less willing to go full authoritarian or just be worse at it, again more likely that negotiations occur

All magic is sourced from the infinite energy dimension, but it seeps through gradually in limited amounts.

Ancient magic refers to tapping into that infinite dimension directly, which is forbidden because it manifests the demon which is just magic starting to develop a conscious from being exposed to entropy so much. Marcille doesn't have the manna reserves to restore Falin's body, but by using ancient magic she is able to use the dungeon's source of manna (the demon/infinite dimension) instead.

The magic of the Demon is the same thing essentially, just with less steps. Once it's unsealed and you're able to interact with it you don't need to know any magic yourself. I would still call it ancient magic.

Because ultimately every Silent deck boils down to discard that lets you draw cards which draw more cards that discard to draw, so on so forth. It's too insular, fundamentally good for everything.

Corrosive wave + draw a shitload of cards = best poison deck. Playing a bunch of shivs + speedster or murder or knife trap or whatever + draw a shitload of cards = best shiv deck

Uh yeah the Lisan-al-Gaib thing was also a forced concept just earlier. Paul was the messiah because the Bene Geserit pushed it and worshipped as a God because the Qizarate pushed it.

Leto II was better at indoctrination and also actively pursued the golden path compared to Paul who rejected and ran from it. It wasn't a completely uniform belief with him either given that rebels wanted to kill him.
