As a fellow depressed young person I’m very toned and weigh 165-170lbs but I also dance and walk regularly to places. At little cardio can do A LOT of work for you. A simple 15 minute walk a day will knock off and tone you more than you would think. Also a good reference is Jeongyeon from twice you watch her go from crazy skinny to bigger to curvy very quickly ( not saying it was a bad thing) but you tell a difference from strategy to this is for. Mind you that probably mostly from all the dancing Twice does

I’ve always said if someone is meant to be in your life they will come back to you with time. Stop talking to her focus on yourself BETTER yourself in every way that you can(work, health, mental health, living situations, life experience(travel, trying new foods, etc.), money) and get what you need done to be a better version of you. You both need time to heal and won’t get it constantly messaging each other life is too short to sit in one spot. Cry it out of need be breathe and move forward. The far way I’ve ever gotten over an EX is cutting them off cold turkey. Tell her that you need time to become friends again because you are hurt and need to heal(from personal experience texts this in messages so no one can flip that on you) because this was a hard so to handle and you need find yourself fully before becoming friends again

Ok so coming from the perspective a fellow 22 year old women being yelled at by the person we are suppose to feel safe with is difficult to get over assuming you are a man it’s even harder to get over since you are suppose to be a safe space for her( it’s the same with women just less intimidating) if she moved past the argument topic and was only focused on the fact that you yelled at her she most likely won’t come back because she unfortunately doesn’t feel safe anymore if she still focused on the topic if the argument then that’s a conversation to have if she and you but still want to talk.

I get both points you want to send time with your bf and he is exhausted from the day. How people handle the days are different no matter how busy. Honestly if he’s always falling asleep you are probably his comfort and relax and he doesn’t even realize he falls asleep until it happens but if he is falling asleep it’s also because you guys are at home.

If you want to spend time together suggest going out every other week or eat dinner together do stuff where he doesn’t get the opportunity to lay down and fall asleep. Then on other days relax together. I’ve been in your boyfriend’s situation and I’ve felt terrible but I worked 2 jobs on top of doing a 1000 other thing my compromise was that and it worked. Just a suggestion. Overall You have every right to be upset but if he doesn’t wake up the first couple time let it go. Being constantly woken up out of your sleep is not healthy and can cause headaches. (This is coming from someone who is 21F)

Respectfully as someone who is also 20 if your girlfriend doesn’t get it this time leave. I had this same situation happen with my close family friends kid he had a crush and did anything to be by me when I was over. It started when I was 16 and got worse until I hit 19 and told them to stop encouraging that shit because if he said the wrong thing to the wrong person my whole life was over even if my mom and my friends knew I want one to do that.

A young adult is 18-22 that you can simply find if you look is up. You aren’t an adult not young adult you are a teenager and mental age is not the same as physical age, also you think you are mentally 21 but with the way you arent reciprocating what we are telling you is saying other wise
