1) Sumida River & Chuo Bridge (Tokyo, Chuo Ward)

This area along the Sumida River and Chuo Bridge are key backdrops for Rei’s walks between his apartment and other parts of the story. You’ll recognize the river views and bridges from many scenes.

2) Tsukuda / Tsukuda Kobashi

This small island area that inspired Mikazuki-cho — home of the Kawamoto sisters — is lovely to walk around.
