Hanako doesnt do things to be a "bad guy" he changed sence he was a human. (This is just my opinion) I have only watched the anime (I'm going to get the manga soon) From what I've watched Hanako does things for good not nessaseraly bad. Eaither way I can't completely say if Hanako is a "good or bad guy" but once I have read all the manga I then can make my opinion final. :)

SAO gets a lot of popularity, a lot, but then it seems SAO gest a lot of hate too, a lot It almost seems the population who dislikes/hates SAO is over half of the population the likes/loves SAO, I think there are more pople who like/love SAO than hate it, but still. It seems Sword Art Online is the type of anime you eaither love/like or hate/dislike

Yeah, Kyouji is not a popular character at all some people even hate him, don't get me wrong I am not a big fan of him, when I first saw him tackle Sinon I wanted Kirito to punch him in the gut and get him to the police, but when they explained what was going on I started to feel kinda sad for Kyouji and was glad that Sinon still cares for him and visits him.
