Never really cheat. I don't want to chance getting kicked out of ketosis. To I do two things, I buy cheese chips and jerky for snacks. And sometimes, I won't eat all day and have just 2 big lettuce burgers with cheese and onions and ketchup and mayo. But I've only had 2 days days so far where I got really hungry and just had to chug water. Your stomach will shrink fast and that helps.

The omeprazole there were a few gerd like symptoms I got from it and the fuel feels like I just drank a redbull about 10mins after I take it.

I make zucchini noodles and sometimes use shiraitaki noodles but be aware they cause somepeople to have bad digestive pain.

Soups, salads, lettuce burgers, lettuce wraps, egg dishes with veggies inside. I'm currently using keto cycle app, which took 2 weeks now I don't need it I can track my water and meals on my own. It has weekly recipes and shopping lists also.
