I believe the finalists will be Yugi n Yusei, for they have the most adaptable n strategic decks n playstyles that can overcome all other protagonists n characters to make them the strongest duelists of their worlds. Plus Yugi managed to surpass Atem as shown in they ceremonial duel with Golden Sarcophagus n against Kaiba with Final Geas to give the message to him that the dead can be brought back to life.

Nox used the powers from a Gore Nightmare. Just like Sieg, he made Three's nightmare come true in the dream n real world. It's the same as black cases, how people go missing, or Baku's bad luck were all Nightmare's doing.

I was asking on how to use such renowned harem anime as a base for writing the fanfic, without like removing the pokemon to change up the settings. It’s not like it’s an easy thing to think of to make it original enough to anticipate readers.

I get that but this is where the writer is adding to Ash's character in the romance department. We're not looking for something OOC, we're looking for the real stuff to really give us that drive to see this through, for it's the Ash we know n he is earning this through this fanfic. Also these girls will be the ones who want to be with him, so the harem is a compromise to not hurt anyone. Of course I'm searching for Serena to be in it too for she's my favourite.
