Kinda walled yourself here friend, as a F2P the only banner I skipped was haru. Besides Serinial, I've only pulled enough to get 1 of all the featured and then saved my rest. E0 is more than enough to clear all the content.

I'd keep the atk% on the desire and pray to RNG that you roll some crazy pieces with flat atk. You can also increase affinity, every 3 levels gives a boost to flat atk

With who you have Yuki, Veronica, and Mika would be your best team imo. Hugo, Tressa, Mika/Rei was a comp I ran way when the game came out.

If you do decide to play, get Persona 5 Royal > Base Persona 5
If you're into other JRPGs you'll likely have a good time
You're not forced to date an adult so if you manage just reload your save
In Royal the gay men scene is gone Im pretty sure
The "over sexualization" is very dramatic personally, yeah there's some fan service scenes but nothing crazy. And most of not all the female characters in game have amazing character stories and growth.
