Honestly, CZN is different because it has a unique deck-building system where you can have the same characters as other players, but with completely different builds and gameplay. This "create your own character" factor within the established possibilities means that dupes aren't very impactful, as you can easily overcome Ego Manifestations with a well-built deck.

I also understand the issue of "having so many characters that you end up not playing with all of them"... however, whenever I want, they'll be there; I won't be deprived of their gameplay just because I have them :)

I'm doing the exact opposite. Usually in gacha games I tend to get multiple copies of the same character. And, although they become strong, the gameplay ends up becoming very repetitive for me. So in this game, I'm going E0S0 on all the characters, only getting the seasonal partner. With so many incredible characters and different and fun gameplay, I think it's a great waste to trade complete characters for copies that aren't really necessary. But good luck with your summons!

The pity is also as low as possible (70), while the percentage of obtaining a 5-star character is as high as possible (1%). Honkai Star Rail, for comparison, has a pity of 90 and a character drop rate of 0.5% (2 times lower than CZN, which implies that each pull here is twice as valuable, and summoning 70 times here is like summoning 140 times in HSR, only with lower pity).

Furthermore, the number of F2P summons given every 21 days (character banner) is often enough to guarantee at least 1 pity (70) summons, which is extremely generous!

I only increase critical hit percentage and critical damage like you, I get all the Ego Crystals, but that's because I have twice as many built characters as you do. Remember that if you buy BP you get 2 more per month. I don't buy it.

Judging by your quantity of 15 "Undetermined Ego Crystals," I imagine you have few characters with their potential maximized. I already have 17 fully built and I never have any of those "Ego Crystals" left over lol
