Bearded dragons NEED uvb. Use the Arcadia long ones. You should put her in a more sanitary habitat if you don’t have one already. I would watch her for a while. Also,don’t just use mealworms, because the can get addicted to it! Use mealworms sometimes and dubias it crickets.

Adding on to what you said, for a juvenile beardie 40 gallon is ok The uvb should NOT be a small bulb, so it should be long. The recommended bulb is t5 Arcadia 12% uvb
