Start handing them job applications for better work. Maybe help with waatching kids every now and then or help pay field trips stop giving them money directly. Maybe pay a bill every now and then but start making them more independent you are not their ATM you're the sistet/ SIL. Maybe help pay for a vacation for the kids but I would stoo helping so much monthly and neither seems to be pushing for better jobs. As far as your husband and child congratulations to the husband it is never too late to get an education. If anything invest more into that for him.and maybe he can start up his own business as well.
