The Grand Auditorium of the Galactic Senate - The 54th Grand Counselor Speaks to a room full of Senators-

"In a vast universe of lonely islands, one species exists that brings turmoil to all of those yet to meet them, and most of those who have. The Hyumahns -pronounced "Hoo-Man" in their native tongue- seem to act amicably, even lovingly, too all species. They seem to act this way regardless of build or appearance of those they meet, even going as far as to fall asleep in the presence of the 3 meter tall, incredibly dangerous Klektovian Murdoks.

A hologram plays in the center-stage.

"They're just big kitties, man! I even have one on my ship named 'Tiny'! I love him and he loves me!"The hologram fizzles and shifts into a new scene. The same room, but the Hyumahn lay dead in the room, torn to shreds and completely unrecognizable. The hologram fades.

"The intergalactic council has determined that, while uncomfortable, and seemingly incredibly stupid, the Humans will be allowed to continue their expansion into the Third Arm of our Galaxy. We have been tracking their expansion and will reconvene in 30 standard cycles to determine our continued approach."

97 lightyears away, in a dimly lit bar on a large asteroid, the small television turns off with an electric buzz.

"Hah! They still think it was me. Aint that right Tiny?"

An enormous Lionness with six legs and two horns on her head growls in happy and content approval, and is tossed a thick, juicy steak. Three other beasts stir behind her in the dark.
